Hello -- I'm making a 2 tier cake and frosting with chocolate SMBC They also want a chocolate ganache drizzle. Have any of you run into any issues pouring the ganache over SMBC I know it's often done with regular BC but as long as I put it in the freezer to chill a bit before pouring it on, anything else I should be aware of?

Any thoughts are appreciated! Thanks!!

Just make sure the cake is well chilled and you should be fine. When I do a drizzle, I heat my ganache up a little bit (is that normal? I don't even know), so there's a risk of it melting the icing underneath. As long as I work fairly quickly, though, it's never been a problem.
