How Early Can I Put Ediable Image On Fondant Cake?

I have an ediable image I want to place on a cake. Can i place it on 24 hours early or will it bleed? 48 hours before? Thanks!

This is exactly my question! Hope to see some advice soon... I'm thinking it's fine to add early as long as it's on light fondant and not refrigerated???

Hi! I ended up putting my image on black fondant 24 hours early and it was perfect!
