I was looking for some suggestions on a filling for the Pink Champagne Cake posted here on the site. Looking for something that does not need refridgeration. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance...Trance

Strawberry creme. Rich's or any whipped bc + sleeved strawberry filling. 2 parts rich/bc to 1 part filling.

Mmmmm! Something strawberry comes to mind. You can buy the sleeve strawberry it doesn't need refrigeration. Or maybe even a very thin layer of orange curd perhaps like a mimosa.

It is just a pre made filling that is sold in long plastic sleeves. You can just make a small snip in the corner of bag and pipe straight from bag or you can take what you need and doctor it up to make it even more delicious as Leah_S suggested. icon_smile.gif HTH

I always love pink champagne with mock cheesecake filling (cheesecake pudding mix and whip'n'ice, bettercream, or something along those lines). I've also filled it with coconut smbc ... DELICIOUS!!
