Hi,
I have seen some beautiful cakes the last few days that have a styrofoam layer in between the cakes to make the cake look taller and seperate the layers. Can anyone give me tips on how to do this? Is the dowel through the centre...how to I get this effect?
Any help would be great! There is a black and white Bling cake made by RATGA that you can see this effect.
Thank you so much.
