I have been asked to bake a wedding cake for a friend. She is having 140 guests. Can someone please tell me how many round cake pans I will need to use? Also, she wants homemade fondant that I do, I just don't know how much to use!! icon_smile.gif Thank you so much!!!

Here's a link to the Wilton serving size chart. You'll be able to figure out the best combination of tier sizes depending on the shape the couple wants.

As far as your homemade fondant...how many tiers are you able to cover with one recipe? That's how to figure out how many recipes you'll need to make.

Good luck!
