Wow, I think it looks awesome. The eiffel tower is so delicate and well done. The skyline is amazing as well. I hate writing on cakes too so I use the tappits or my cricut to cut out any lettering lol

Thank you so much! GGFan .. I did the tower in four separate pieces of 4 panels each.. and then assembled them when they were dry.. the icing was piped with a #3 for the basework and a #1 for the intricate stuff... the skyline was airbrushed and then a pearl sheen was added..

I think it looks wonderful! I love the ET on the top, I can't believe you did it with royal icing!
