How is it to work with. How's the coverage (ie, how big of a cake does one tub cover). Is it easy to color?

Thanks for any input!!

I just got my order on Wed. and it taste better to me than Satin Ice. No time to cover a cake yet, but I rolled some out on wax paper and it rolled really thin, nice. I let it sit out a few minutes and I was able to get clean smooth cuts with my exacto, great!! Most of my cakes are buttercream with fondant dec. so far so good. P.S. Brown is a really a deep chocolate brown.

FondX Elite is very easy to work with and easy to color. It is soft but can be rolled pretty thin. so coverage is good. All Elite is slightly raspberry flavored no matter what the color (unless they have just changed that), so plan flavor combinations around that. Regular FondX is very neutral in flavor.
