I have been asked if I can make an all black buttercream icing cake. The answer of course is yes....but I know that too much black coloring can lead to a bitter taste and of course black teeth! And although I dislike the idea of an all black buttercream WEDDING cake...I told the bride I would research air brushing....so because airbrushing lays on top of the icing and is not in the icing...does it have that bitter flavor???? or would that be the way to go???? Any help/ suggestions appreciated!
