Just a word of thanks. I am a hobby baker. I keep learning with every cake and every cupcake.

Reading all the posts over the helped me so much yesterday. I made a 10 inch cake and 24 cupcakes for a beach party for at the request of a friend of mine for her 8 year old daughter who happens to be my daughter's dear friend.

I couldn't go the the beach party directly and had to keep everything cool. I remembered all the tips on which frosting to use and how to keep cakes cold and it really helped. My husband assisted as well and made sure I had the right cooler and container needed for this task.

The cake & cupcakes didn't move and were kept at a cook temp. So thank you!!!! I've learned so much in since I've started reading this website and all that knowledge that I absorbed paid off.

Isn't it great when everything works out.
