can someone suggest a good chocolate cake recipe for a 10" square ti
I want something firm enough for sugarpaste icing but still nice and moist

I always use the Hershey's chocolate cake recipe on the back of the can....but I add a tsp of instant coffee and a pinch (and I mean a pinch) of cinnamon. Moist and delish!

I agree with carmijok. Hershey's is the best chocolate I've ever had, and my husband is always asking me to make one with whipped icing and strawberries. It's so moist!

I made it for my kids going away party, the one with the snowman on top in my photos. That was covered in Satin Ice Fondant

i posted a delicious chocolate cake in recipes. called best chocolate cake. it's very moist, and tastes awesome. holds up to frosting well, and can even be frozen and made into cupcakes
