Sugarshacks Butter Cream recipe calls for 15 tbs coffee creamer/water mixture (warm) - can someone explain what it means?
Thank you,

You mix equal parts of near boiling water and powdered coffee creamer. The 15 T. called for in the recipe includes flavorings, however, I always seem to need a little more liquid to get a nice, smooth icing. I love this recipe...good luck!

I usually mix about 12 T powder with 12 T boiling water. As PP said, I often end up using more liquid to get to med consistency.
