First, because I'm having issues, I'd like to state firmly and with conviction that my email server sucks.

There, I feel better.

Now...I got an email from a bride who has booked with me, and she is an african American marrying a caucasian. She can't find an African American bride she likes and wants to know if I can paint a caucasian one light brown.

I told her I'd investigate and get back to her. How would I do this? Is it possible to make it look good? Sounds dicey to me.

I think it would be tricky because of the small details.

Does she have to use a traditional bride and groom figurine? Maybe you could suggest a monogram topper, or a glass figurine of a bride and groom.

I think she's already found a groom she likes. I was going to offer to make one for her....Don't think the painting would work, but wanted to at least check with the experts before I nixed it.

Thanks-

No, I haven't, but don't know if she has. She just said she can't find one she likes. I'll forward her these links, though, thanks!
