Michelle is absolutely ahhhmazing in her cakes. But she uses ganche to cover her cakes instead of buttercream. And then she even rolls out fondant over the ganche, and the finish product is fan-freaking-tastic! It looks flawless!

So what do you guys think? B.C Frosting or White chocolate/dark chocolate ganche?

That tool in her video is so useful too! i wonder what its called and where I can get one....

Hi I am a big fan of that video, it really helped me!! I am a complete novice and I found the ganache great - especially in humidity! I bought the tool from a hardware store - I can't remember what they called it but I just described it to the salesman who thought I was completely mad but found it for me anyway!! And it only cost me $10 AU which is about the same as US at moment so bargain!! Hope you find one I found it did the job!!
