Do you think it would work to use a five petal rose cutter to make Plumeria flowers? When I made some the other day I cut single petals. I am trying to find a faster way to make these flowers.

I'd give it a shot. The plumerias on this site have a more oval-shaped petal. http://www.cocoaoutlet.com/Default.aspx?tabid=85&CategoryID=18&Category2ID=32&List=1&catpageindex=7&Level=2&ProductID=298

I would cut a slit between the petals and then elongate and cup each petal with a ball tool.

Seriously, what is there to lose other than a tiny bit of gumpaste and 10 minutes of your time?
