With these cakes that are filled with cheesecake, just wondering how do you do this? Do you bake a cheescake and spread it inbetween the cakes or use the pillsburry filling... Sounds delish and learning!

I make a small cheesecake using 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 tablespoon butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1egg and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Bake about 25 minutes. Chill completely. Then I take one small box instant cheesecake pudding and two cups whipping cream. Whip together the whipping cream and pudding. Fold in approx 1 to 1 1/2 cups of the chilled cheesecake. So good and holds up wonderfully.
