Newbie here...... icon_confused.gif After I decorate a cake and add the fondant pieces I place it in the fridge to stay cold. Once I take it out the pieces sweat, how can I prevent this or dry them quickly? I live in the TX heat so it is HOT here.

I live in the texas heat too!! Just leave it sitting out a few hours before you need it and it will eventually dry. Just don't touch it while it is wet. I even put a fan close by to speed up the drying. There really isn't any way to avoid it when you put it in the fridge...
