hey everybody! I need help on how to emulate the coconut texture on this cake. But the suggestion is coconut shavings I wanted to know If anyone had ideas on something else with that texture. Someone from work wants this cake but would prefer no coconut lol. Here is the pic.

Shaved chocolate?
To get the variety in colours you could melt and colour some white chocolate onto a tray and then peel it with the slicer once it's set.

I have done that by putting gumpaste through my KitchenAid spaghetti attachment. I let it dry, then broke it into little pieces, then sprayed it with the airbrush. Works out well. Hope this helps.
