I use Sugarshacks bc recipe. Is it gluten free? Or is there something I need to remove from the recipe?
My husband is gluten intolerant and in my research I have found that you need to check the packages of the ingredients, including the confectioner's sugar to make sure they are not processed in a facility where there is wheat. Also, some vanilla extracts are processed in a way that sometimes use wheat by products so make sure your vanilla is gluten free and says so. Caramel coloring is very often derived using wheat by products so imitation vanilla is likely not a good choice.
