Hey everyone! I just need to get some imput on fondant. I have been making my own MMF and when I put it on the cake it looks like it's sagging... does anyone have any idea why? I live in southern Arkansas where humidity is 25739%, does this have anything to do with it or is it just my fondant making skills? Thanks for your help!
You could be using to much butter cream under your fondant. And you fondant could be to thick making the fondant heavy and it continues to stretch from the weight.
