Do you guys store your already decorated cake pops in the fridge, or out?

I have a wedding coming up and was wondering about the sweating etc.
They will be wrapped in cello, but there may be cake bites too

I never put cake balls/pops in the fridge unless I've used a perishable binder - which I try never to do. Where I live it's so humid that there's always a problem with condensation when you take them out of the fridge. Of course, if you put them in something airtight, like the cello bags you mention, the condensation will form on the bags and won't bother the pops much. I don't know what the weather is like where you live, but I hope this info helps.
