I'm looking for a recipe for a pourable chocolate ganache/icing. I'm sure no one will be familiar with Christines Cakes & Pastries, but she makes these famous Poured Chocolate Cakes. The Chocolate Fudge Icing is thick and smooth. It has a gooey consistancey when you bite into it but its stiff enough to settle smootly over buttercream frosting.

Does anyone have a really good fudgey poured icing recipe? I've been searching and searching for days! Please Help me!!!!!

Requirements:
Dark Brown in color
THICK
Fudgey consistancy.
