OK ..., 2 layer, 12" round choc w raspberry fill, bc frost w minor fondant embellishments (looks like aboveground pool) & a 9 x 13" 2 layer vanilla w blueberry fill, buttercream, cut and piped to look like long swim trunks, and thanks to Jammjenks, fill in with beachball cupcakes to total 100 served. I have the price matrix, and when I go to town next, I will get all of those prices to plug in and use that, but in the meantime, this lady wants a price. I live in a small fishing village in Mexico and do much of my life on the net. She asked me a "price per serving". Is there a GENERAL guideline?

We would probably charge around $3.00 per serving for the 12" round, and around $200 for the swim trunks, or $5 a serving (based on 40 servings). Not sure about the beach ball cupcakes without knowing how you intend to do them, but probably $4 per cupcake?

That's our pricing in our area though. Not sure if it is the most accurate for where you are. HTH!
