Im making a mickey mouse face cake. I previously made one (which I have attached) which went okay but im wondering what I should use to make the facial features.. I used an edible ink pen which didnt work so well. Would it be better to use an actual icing pen for the thin lines? Or to use sugarpaste/fondant icing for this? Also what is the best way to polish the black icing once it has been put on the cake?
