I was asked to make a horseshoe cake for a graduation this weekend. They want the cake to be the horseshoe. How should I go about this? What pans should I use? It needs to feed atleast 40 people. I could really use some help!

My mom gave me all her old cake pans and I actually have a horseshoe shaped pan. I'm not sure where you would be able to find one. Ebay maybe but I'm not sure you would get it in time.

Here's a couple sites to order from, but I doubt you would get the pan in time for this weekend. Looks like you'll be doing some carving! Good luck. icon_smile.gif
