Does anyone know where I can find (or know off the top of your head) how many cups of ganache will cover how much cake? I'm just using it to cover with fondant.

I have one 11" tier (3" high) and one 9" tier (2" high).

Thanks!

I would make two batches. I use one pack of semi sweet chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons butter, 3/4 cup cream and a splash of vanilla per batch. I let it sit on the counter at room temp overnight.

I used 24oz of white chocolate and 8 ounces of heavy cream. Think it'll be enough!?
