hello out there ...
Can any1 help me . icon_cry.gif .I would like to make a topsy tuvy cake for 17 yaer old daughter .. but not sure what sort of cake to use and the best buttercream .
As im going to cover it in Satin Ice ..

Any Help would be great

I use Betty Crocker with an extra egg, 3/4 cup each of oil and water, and one small box of Jello pudding mix. It holds up well under Satin Ice fondant. I use the buttercream recipe posted by OhMyGoodies in the frosting recipe section of this website.
