I cannot seem to construct the right search query to find this (I know it's here!) Can someone lead me to it?
I need to know how many cups of icing (SMBC, specifically) I need to fill and frost (for fondant) a two-tiered cake: 11" and 9", each having three layers with a finished height of about 3".
