I wanted to try and make the SMBC frosting but I wanted to try it with the Wilton Meringue powder.

Any recipes and tips on how to make it ?

Cheaper, faster, better, more consitent results using real egg whites.

I agree with Rae. Use the real egg whites that you can buy in a carton at your supermarket. They are stocked alongside the regular eggs. The flavor will be far, far better.

I have used the Wilton Meringue powder for IMBC and it worked just fine, so I figure it would work for SMBC. Granted it was my first time trying IMBC so I don't know if it would be different with real egg whites. All I know is it was AMAZING.
