Im looking for a good chocolate frosting that will stay soft after the cake has been in the refrigerator because I like my cakes cold. I made a frosting in the past and refrigerated it and it was very hard to cut through. Any suggestions?

Make a chocolate mousse frosting. I just did that this weekend and it stayed nice and soft inside and out.
