Should I freeze or refridgertate an unfrosted cake?

I never refrigerate my cakes. It tends to dry them out. Freezing however, will make for a super moist cake. Make sure you wrap it really well and you're good! HTH. icon_smile.gif

I put my undecorated cakes in the fridge. I wrap them in Press 'n Seal really good and don't have any problem with them being dry. Once I start frosting, etc they stay out.
