Hi guys,

I thought I had cake pop making down but noticed on the last couple of batches that Ive made that the candy melt covering is cracking once dried.

Does anyone have any solutions or suggestions why this might be happening? Im thinking that maybe the cakes are not moist enough, maybe I need to add more frosting?

That happened to me also. I realized my cake pops were to cold.

Did you freeze them? This is especially problematic if you have added things like cookie crumbs that absorb liquid and contract/expand with temp change differently. Only refrigerate them I have learned from experience. lots of experience. good luck icon_smile.gif
