I have a bride who would like me to make several flower poofs (don't know how else to describe it) similar to what she has on her dress. they look like gathered pieces of translucent netting. is this something i could use sugarveil for? they need to be 3-d like the dress. the wedding is in august, so i have some time, but i'm really unsure how to do this.
