I have a client that wants a super cute 3 tier topsy turvy cake to feed 30 people.

She was very adamant (and a little scary:/) about not wanting left over cake.

I was thinking a 10", 8", 6"??

I don't know if that's way too much or just right?
With all the shaving of the bottom of the sides and such?

I'm getting the hang of surving sizes, but with the topsy turvy-ness it really threw me off.

Please help me with pan sizes or if you think a three tier is just one tier too many.
(I hope not because I think a 2 tier is definatly out of the question :/)

Thank you![/img]

Hi cakerella22

You'll get lots of help with your topsy turvy questions in the 'How do I' forum, or the Cake decorating forum. This forum is for submitting suggestions for the CC website so there's less 'reading traffic' here. icon_smile.gif
