Has anyone frozen petit fours and they come out alright? I messed up and made a batch for a shower a week too early. I already had them iced and decorated when she told me it was for next week not this week. I put them in the freezer (wrapped the box with plastic wrap and alum foil. Do you think they will still be okay after a week in the freezer? WIll the colors run when they thaw? Maybe I should mark this up as a big boo boo and make her some more.

I decided to remake them and chalk this up as experience. I can use the frozen ones for bunko or something where the coloring and decorations don't matter.

Oh dear, a week early, how annoying! I guess you'll find out for future reference if they freeze okay or not.
