Whats The Best Fondant To Use? Help Needed

hi all im wanting to know whats the best fondant to use to make a figure of a man? whats the best recipe? and how long will it last?

Well, in the first place, I wouldn't make a figure with just fondant. I'd use a 50/50 fondant/gumpaste mixture or, better yet, pure gumpaste to get the figure to hold its shape and dry hard enough to hold up on the cake. That said, my favorite home-made fondant is Michele Foster's Fondant (the recipe is here in the recipe section). My absolute favorite store-bought is Carma Massa Ticino Tropic. Very expensive, unfortunately, but I'm okay with FondX, too.
