Hi all

I recently bought a set of AmeriMist sheen airbrush colours with the understanding that I could use these to airbrush chocolate. However when I try the colour sits on top of the chocolate and doesn't look good at all.

Does anyone have any tips? Does anyone actually use AmeriMist colours on chocolate?

Thanks

Claire

Oh my, I hope my memory is working right! (This is going back more than 15 yrs ago) *The* CakeLady (Francis Kuyper) told us that. As I remember she would spray the choco item w/a product like Baker's Joy, lightly wipe it off w/a paper towel then airbrush.
Haven't heard of the AmeriMist colors so don't know if they make a difference.
