I went to the restaurant in my office building to get lunch and I was chatting with the owner like I normally do, and he was asking about plans for this weekend. I told him absolutely nothing, I didn't even have a cake to make! Well, he asked what kind of cakes, and I was showing a few pictures I had on my phone. He asked if I did it just for fun or if I could be hired out. I told him both I guess. He also owns a catering company that has about 80 weddings scheduled for this year! He asked me to email him pictures of the cakes I've done and I think he's going to ask me to do wedding cakes for him!! I've got all those emotions running through me!!
