I currently only use Satin Ice Fondant as I feel it's the best tasting and easiest to work with of the pre made fondant brands. However, i've recently come across a brand called Elite it's Under the Fondx umbrella. This fonant is suppose to be able to reduce tears and require no kneading! I'm really curious about trying out. Does anyone have any experience with this brand.

I've only used Fondex and Sweet Inspirations, but if this is anywhere as good, you have nothing to worry about. I just bought some myself and will be using it soon.

hello! i purchased elite at a cake show and so far i've only used it for small decorations which it works well for, but i can't comment on how it covers. i will say, however, the reason i haven't used it on an entire cake is because it is flavored with white chocolate and raspberry (all colors are the same flavor). it tastes good but i'm just not sure if thats really a flavor i want covering my entire cake :/
