So does everyone have a Cricut Cake and that is how you get such beautiful and uniform emblems and lace? Please let me know if I need to save up and get one or if there is a fast way to do it on my own.

Also, are there other brands that do the same thing?

I use silicone lace molds. 2 of which I made. One requires over piping the other does not. Look under my pics.... winter romance (requires over piping), chocolate ganache tilted tiers (did not require over piping).

I do not have the cricut yet. Starting to think when I do invest in one of those I want the silhoutte and Linda Mclure stuff.
