Strawberry Cake Filling???

What filling would you use? My nephew wants a strawberry cake for his graduation and I would like to use a filling...any suggestions?

If the Strawberry Cake itself has a strong strawberry flavor I would probably use either a vanilla pudding type filling or custard.

I've done strawberry with a lemon buttercream filling or a chocolate filling.
