If you were wondering... They are REALLY good! I will say though add more choco chips for the brownies and cookies... no nessisary but makes it even better.

As for the cake mix... i have not yet tried it with the WASC recipe ideas... but will give it a shot soon. At this point i dont see why not. But I'll keep you posted.

Yes, they are good. I made the cake mix into cupcakes for some kids we know that have to eat gluten free and they loved it, as did one recently diagnosed gluten free adult. My husband and daughter also loved it, and they do not eat gluten free. I didn't really care for it, but that is because my taste buds are super sensitive.

What would you use in place of the flour that is added for the WASC?

Also, for anyone that does not know, if you use flour in your kitchen at all, you shoud use a new bag of sugar. There is a good chance that an already opened bag of sugar that was used in the kitchen when flour was present, could have trace amounts of gluten.
