I have americolor fuschia gelpaste and 2 lbs of fondant that is lavender. Any tips on how I can get it to turn the correct color. I have almost used the entire bottle. I am using fondx fondant. Thanks

Put some pink in it and keep it out of the light (especially sunlight) for as long as you can before delivery. I forget what the Americolor name for hot pink is, but what usually happens is that pink will fade when exposed to light. This might have happened to your whole bottle of gel, but if you put the pink back in, you'll get fuchsia again. Just go slow - add a drop or so at a time so you don't go too far the other way.
