i'm making a hello kitty cake like the one found here on this blog:

my question is, where can i find the tutu material/fabric for this cake?

The closest Joanne's fabric store moved far away, so they might be my last option, with gas being so high. so are there any sites online?

You can make one just google it, we did to make our grand babys for her bday party....you can find them simple or more advanced, and I got the tulle from walmart.

We used some pink cotton candy for the tutu on my grand daughters 2nd birhtday cake.
