How Do You Make Mini Royal Icing Roses?
Baking By johnson6ofus Updated 10 May 2011 , 2:01am by JessicakesBakes
Saw this before... don't remember where, and lost it. These are the size of dragees or sugar pearls- for a bouquet on a wedding cookie. But I want royal icing, not gumpaste.... and super tiny.
Help?
I just saw this on a blog today and love them. I hope it is what you are looking for....

ugh .. I tried for hours to make these and could not get them at all .. I e mailed the lady and she never e mailed me back. The only way for me to make these is out of fondant, which I think would get to hard to eat on a cookie, right?
I just did them for the first time. Some turned out and some didn't.
more practice, I guess. she sure makes it look easy, though....
