Can i thicken my royal icing back up? I am making drop swirl flowers for a cake but i want it to harden so i can pick them up. I'd say it is maybe medium consistency? Is that thick enough for what I need? THanks!!!

You can add some cornstarch to it and this will help it get stiffer. Also if you want to dry them faster you can take and put a cookie sheet in the oven with the light on and they will dry faster. Be sure to put a note on the oven control stating to not turn it on or else someone may do so not realizing they are in there.
