Hello everyone, I need your assistance. I've tried numerous recipes and still have not found one basic one that gives me a moist cake. Can anyone help me with a recipe for this? I'm getting so frustrated not being able to make that one special cake moist cake that I can use a basis for all cakes. Any help is greatly appreciated.
If you are comparing a scratch cake to a box cake then a scratch cake will not get as moist as a box cake. I've found that if you add 1/4 cup of mayo to every batter of cake then it will be moist. Sorry I can't give you my recipe. It's a secret
