My favorite home-made fondant recipe is called Michele Foster's Fondant (MFF), not to be confused with Marshmallow Fondant (MMF). There are two or three versions in the recipe section here. All you have to do is go to that section and put the name of the recipe in the search box. The exact names are a little different, but putting those words in will call all of them up.
