I recently bought a bucket of Satin Ice for a cake and it seemed really soft. I usually use Wilton fondant but wanted to try something different. How can I make it a little more stiff???

I thought the same thing after using the Wilton fondant. I use shortening when I roll out my fondant, but with Satin Ice, I use cornstarch. It makes a big difference!
