Silly question, I'm sure, but do I use a center dowel with sps? If so, I have no idea how! First time with sps! Thanks!

So, do you have the SPS in front of you? If you do, check out one of the plates. See if you see a hole for it. icon_wink.gif If not, Google it, and look at the plates.

There is not a hole in the SPS plates for a center dowel. They do not need a center dowel. There is a little nub that is used to hang on to the cake boards but that's it.

I use SPS pretty often and there is no need for a center dowel. There is a sticky in the cake decorating forum with SPS instructions from Leah_s which are really helpful.

Hope that helps.
