Hi everyone, I recently started my cake decoarting classes and I'm really excited with everything that I have been learning, I made my own fondant using one of the recipes I found on cakecentral and it came out great, I love the taste! The only problem is it's not as WHITE as I would like for it to be, does anyone have any ideas on how I could make a very white fondant??? Thank you icon_biggrin.gif

Different brands of marshmallows vary in off-white coloring. To make it white, I've use Bright White AmeriColor or the Wilton White White Icing Color - both work great! You can add the coloring to the melted marshmallows or knead it in at the end...works either way.
